A pet with this Talent does not just give the owner a Sprite Item card; it *may* cast Sprite out-of-turn during a battle, and does not consume pips. Unlike the Sprite Guardian it is only cast on the owner. For that matter, it does not hit Life Traps (or Feints) with Imps. What is interesting, at least to me, is that this is a one-pip spell, unlike the zero pip Fire Blade or Death Blade of other pets.

Note that it can also consume a Guiding Light charm, including those cast before Rebirth! My Life character's level 48 Satyr got this talent at Ancient. Beware equipping a pet with this talent on the last level of the Warehouse!

When I say *may*, I have seen battles when the Satyr never casts Sprite, yet others it may cast the spell five times.

Update Edit

The Spritely Talent is a half-strength Sprite, healing half of what ever Sprite would do normally with your character. So if equipped items that boosts Incoming or Outgoing health, the healing will be boosted as well. AngusFiredust 20:11, October 13, 2010 (UTC) (minor edit fix spelling mistake)

Had it :) Edit

If you look at the top of the Spritely page, I threw that in there as a special note about the spell :)

Though, I have read that in the test realm, they have upgraded this back to a normal sprite, guess we will see when the test goes live :)

As of 11/5/10. Edit

My pet will only cast this spell in PvP not in PvE. The Sprite cast is the same as with Djeserit's Lucky Pendant.
