The purpose of this spell is unclear. Please add notes here if you know what it does, or when it is useful. Maybe it's good if you want to have a monster ignore a particular party member? That's all I can think it might do. Please put ideas here.

It reduces the threat of the enemy. In other words, it operates opposite to Taunt. It will cause an enemy to be more likely to attack other players in the ring. This spell only works on NPCs. It will not work in PvP.
