Why is there 3 Crypt Scavengers? One in Chamber of fire, One in Hall of Champions and one in Djeserit Family Tomb. A glitch?

I'm so stupid! Not 3 Crypt Scavengers, but 1 crypt scavenger and 2 soul scavengers. What's wrong with me!?
