Milo Barker is the ring leader of The Pet Pavilion. He also gives the player the tutorial on the pet pavilion and sends the player on a information gathering quest around the pavilion learning the various mechanics. He is also valuable to the player by offering Pet energy refill for 250 crowns no matter how full or empty your pet energy is. He also gives the player their Pet pavilion starter pet- the Stray Piggle.
