Housing Categories: Edit

Housing in Wizard101 is separated into 3 categories

'Dorm Rooms' - You get one of these for simply playing the game. Items that you start with in the Dorm are 'No Trade'.

'Modest Private' - More modest and usually half the price of the Luxury Housing.

'Luxury Private' - Extravagant housing, with more area for decoration. Usually twice the cost of a modest. home on the same world.

Housing Rules: Edit

According to the in-game tips, you are allowed to possess 3 "Islands" (houses) at one particular time. They may be sold back at any time (for a considerable loss). Any housing items placed in the house at the time of sale will be placed in the Attic for retrieval. The houses and Dorm rooms are private, the only way to see another players home is to use the friend teleport while they are inside their house.

In order to own a house (with the exception of the Ravenwood Dorms) you must achieve level 15.

Each house (with the exception of the Ravenwood Dorms) has a world portal that will allow you to enter any world that you currently possess the spiral key for.

Once you "Equip" an Island, using your "Go Home" button will take you to your home. If you are in your home when you press the "Go Home" button, you will be transported to your Dorm Room at Ravenwood.

There are currently two of each type of house for sale in each world (Again with the exception of the Dorm Room). Below (forthcoming) is a list of the housing for each world with pricing and soon pictures.

There are now also houses for each type of school.
